US President Joe Biden bought his custom-built mansion back in 1998, with the real estate agent believing the famous neighbour is a selling point .

A five-bedroom abode next door to Joe Biden’s custom-built Delaware home has hit the market for $2.39 million ($3.19 million AUD).
Prospective homebuyers could call the US President their neighbour after the 8,700 square foot property in Wilmington, Delaware was listed on realtor.com on Monday.
Mr Biden bought the plot next door for $350,000 ($467,000 AUD) back in 1998 but the president’s mansion, with three bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, is now estimated to be valued over $2 million.
