For the coming 2022-2023 school year, the Carson City School District is continuing all Pre-K, Kindergarten, new and returning student updates and full-time online education registrations. As a reminder, this year, there are new kindergarten age requirements, and all full-time online learning will be consolidated through Pioneer Academy 1-12.

Shawn Anthony Gerulli, 48, of Biwabik, MN, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 20, 2023, doing what he was most passionate about: Dirt Bike Racing. Shawn was born in love to his parents: Sonny and Robin (Haavisto) Gerulli on July 13, 1975, in Virginia, MN. He was baptized at the Methodist Church in Virginia, MN.
