After Keith Lee’s infamous tour of Atlanta, Houston held its breath to see how the influencer would rate its restaurants for his 15 million followers.

The Houston-area dessert shop has had lines wrapping around its business since Lee, a popular food critic on TikTok, reviewed The Puddery in late November.

Lee said The Puddery had the best dessert he's ever had in his life. Rating it a nine out of 10, Lee said the crunchy croissant was "immaculate," and the banana pudding left him speechless, he said.
