B.C. RCMP have located a man they have called a “person of interest” in the suspicious death of an Alberta woman.
The body of 35-year-old Brenda Ware was discovered May 6 along Highway 93, about 54 kilometres north of Radium, in Kootenay National Park. Police say she had travelled to B.C. from Didsbury, north of Calgary, in a red 2019 Jeep Cherokee SUV with Alberta licence plates YPC 553. She was last seen alive May 4.
