NEW ULM The middle school teams from New Ulm Area Catholic Schools placed first and second at the Minnesota VEX Robotics state competition. Circuit Breakers won the tournament (tournament champion) and Mechanical Hounds got 2nd place (tournament finalist) and won the Build Award (most robust robot). Both teams qualified for and will move on to the VEX World Championship. It will be held May 17-29 and will be a remote competition this year.
