The building offers 4,800 square feet. As such, the deal is the equivalent of about $292 per foot based on the structure’s size.
James Moore, owner of Nashville-based Blue Iris Real Estate, facilitated the transaction.
Of note, veteran local real estate investor Jim Crossman once owned the property, having paid $27,500 for it in 1975, Metro records show.
