The Giants hit three RBI singles to score four runs in the 10th inning and win the game.

The Giants erased a four-run deficit for the second consecutive game, something the club hadn't done since 1998.

Matt Chapman homered for the third straight game, this one a three-run drive during an eighth-inning rally, and the San Francisco Giants spoiled a solid start by Pittsburgh Pirates rookie Paul Skenes to surge to a 7-6 win on Thursday. Chapman went deep off Hunter Stratton (1-1), and Brett Wisely delivered a go-ahead single off Aroldis Chapman five batters later as the Giants overcame a big deficit for the second time in less than 24 hours.

Paul Skenes allowed one run over six solid innings but the San Francisco Giants rallied against the Pittsburgh Pirates bullpen for a 7-6 win Thursday.

Not only did the Giants' City Connect uniforms fail to provide their usual mojo, their fortunes only went from bad to worse in a 10-2 loss.
