In the last hour the department of justice announced its opening a civil rights investigation into the death of a man in the custody of Baltimore Police. Freddie gray died saturday nearly a week after being arrested. Six officers between the ages of 25 and 45 are suspended during this investigation. And we have new developments to tell you about tonight in the wrongful death of a man at the hands of Fairfax County police. Today, the board of supervisors announced a nearly 3 million settlement in the death of john geer.
