CHESAPEAKE, Va. (AP) -- Hundreds gathered Monday in Virginias second-largest city to honor six people killed in a mass shooting at a Walmart, with the states governor pledging to confront a "mental health and a behavioral health crisis."

Investigators were "actively working" on Thanksgiving to determine a motive in a shooting that killed six at a Walmart, Chesapeake police said.
