Deputy commissioner Chandan Kumar has recommended the dismissal of a municipal council official, working on contract, from his service after a video allegedly showing him taking a bribe from a beneficiary of the Union government’s Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY) began circulating on social media.
