Pennsylvania State Capital Bureau A bill that would essentially kill PennDOT’s plan to toll several bridges across Pennsylvania to fund projects moved forward Tuesday when it was passed by the state Senate. The Senate approved Senate Bill 382, introduced by Sen. Wayne Langerholc, R-Cambria County, in a 28-19 vote.
