Mass COVID-19 vaccination site opens in Bridgeport News 12 Staff Updated on:Feb 22, 2021, 5:10pm EST Bridgeport s largest COVID-19 vaccination site opened Monday. The site is run by the Bridgeport Health Department, and the city is joining forces with Hartford HealthCare and Saint Vincent s Medical Center so they can vaccinate more people. The site is located at Central High School, 1 Lincoln Blvd., and will be open Monday through Thursday and also on Saturday. Around 1,000 people a week will be vaccinated at the site, officials say. Not only is the site at Central High School expanding, but two more vaccination clinics recently opened in Bridgeport. One clinic opened at The University of Bridgeport, and the other opened at Southwest Community Health Center on Fairfield Avenue.
