No-cost health clinic opens in Ebbs Chapel community

EBBS CHAPEL - The Ebbs Chapel community now offers a local health care clinic to residents who have no insurance or are underinsured. The best part for these residents: The clinic s services will come at no cost to the residents.
Health-e-Neighbors at Outland Family Clinic, a no-cost health clinic located in the Upper Laurel Community Center building, is now operating from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays only.
Beginning the third week of August, the clinic - which has been operating since early June - plans to open daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
