A woman was rescued by two fire crews after she fell headfirst into a vault toilet while trying to retrieve her cellphone at a park on Olympic Peninsula, Washington.

Remarkably, the woman was able to call 911 from the bottom of the vault toilet and draw first responders to the scene.

Firefighters say she dropped her cellphone while using the toilet.
