On Thursday, March 17, Bristol Farms Newfound Market opened its doors at the Irvine Spectrum. It's a dining destination with a mini food hall, a full service pizzeria, a European café and craft cocktails.
Less than two years after opening at the Irvine Spectrum, the conceptual grocery store, food hall and dining destination will permanently close its doors.
The Irvine Spectrum Center’s Bristol Farms Newfound Market is set to close by next month, according to reports. The nearly 34,000-square-foot grocery store, a new concept for the Bristol Farms company at the time, first opened in March 2022.
The Irvine Spectrum Center, Orange County’s fifth-largest shopping center with $631 million in taxable sales for the year ending June 2022, continues to beef up its dining options.
