Brookside Apartments, a 14-unit complex in Woodstock, is being sold for $1.35 million, according to Hartford firm Chozick Realty. The colonial-style apartments, built in 1987, sold for $96,428 per unit. The building has historic occupancy of close to 100% on a continuous basis, Chozick Realty said. President and CEO Rick Chozick said the property has a mix of one- and two-bedroom townhouses and flats. Most apartments have one-and-a-half baths and private garages.
