Between eight and 12. Police say they went to check on brown after he was shot by an officer in southwest philadelphia but brown ran to a car to get away. He was then shot by the New Castle County officer after a fight and crashed the car. He was later pronounced dead. I heard a lot of shooting going on. Reporter two hours before the first situation at 56th and whitby. Philly police say they answer add call of a person with a gun and found a man dragging a woman from a van. When officers arrived, they say brown through the van in reverse, hit and dragged the cops several feet. The woman and four kids were in the van the whole time.
