Growing up in his father s meat market, Mizarek learned everything he needed to know about prime cuts and through the years perfected his offerings.
With their mouths full of the delectable bites, Mizarek s friends suggested he take his delicious menu on the road.
In 2012, Mizarek took the plunge and began Up in Smoke Barbecue and Catering.
The mobile catering business and food truck offerings have grown, adding his own barbecue sauces and rubs to the mix.
