Iowa Cousins Disappeared 9 Years Ago Today, Reward Now $100,000+ On Friday, July 13, 2012 cousins Elizabeth Collins and Lyric Cook of Evansdale, Iowa went for a bike ride. They were last seen that day at Meyers Lake, with their bikes found on a nearby trail.  It would also be the last time the two were seen alive. I remember receiving the awful news just under five months later that their bodies had been found in a wooded area about 20 miles away.
