Waterloo Region's top cop was part of a one-hour presentation going over the needs of the police force, doubling down on the need for a 6.7 per cent budget increase for 2022

While presenting a draft budget to regional council, Waterloo Regional Police Service Chief Bryan Larkin said the service is having a hard time keeping up with the amount of crime in the community.
