Parents janice and john land face imprisonment and abuse charges in Montgomery County after police found their adult sons with autism locked in the basement of their rockville home. Mola lenghi is in that neighborhood tonight and joins us to tell us more about why police went to the home in the first place. Reporter the home youre talking about is this house here behind me where police say they found the two 22yearold, twins, locked in the basement against their own will in what they describe as deplorable conditions by their very own parents. The house is now condemned. The twins are being evaluated. The parents are out on bond. This began early thursday morning when Montgomery County police came to serve a warrant for an unrelated incident.
