A Michigan man has been charged after police say he sexually abused a 6-year-old boy inside a McDonald's bathroom in River North.

An alert security guard recognized a 62-year-old Michigan man who entered the former Rock 'n' Roll McDonald's, 600 N. Clark St., and allegedly sexually abused a 6-year-old boy Sunday.

Michigan man Bryan Sutton was arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a 6-year-old boy in the stall of a Chicago McDonald's restaurant on Saturday afternoon.

Bryan Sutton, 62, of Flint, was charged with one count each of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a child under 13 and aggravated kidnapping.

The boy's father closed the stall door, but did not lock it because he didn't want the boy to lock himself in. Bryan Sutton, 62, allegedly walked into the restroom shortly after and entered the stall where the boy was located.
