Garry Mulcahy sent a video of a “waterfall” flowing through the living room ceiling to his landlord pretending that he was in Ireland and a friend was staying at the property. Mulcahy, 34, admitted criminal damage at the address in Derby Street, Clayton, Bradford, on September 2 last year. While on bail, he burgled his former partner at night, drove off in her car and sent her a photo of himself naked except for a hat and glasses he had stolen when he took her bag.

Kyles Staples was spared further time in jail over the assault on his ex girlfriend s partner in Whitefield this year A BURY man who attacked his former girlfriend’s partner in front of children, causing blood to be splattered over them, has been spared further time in jail. Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court Kyle Staples attended at the home on Roch Walk in Whitefield where his child was but was told not to come inside. He proceeded to come in round the back and got into a “scuffle” with Paul Gates which left him with a cut on the head which required medical attention to close.
