I missed many of you. So what we are going to try to do is have this is a very complicated piece of legislation, and folks have a lot of opinion about the different aspects of it. We, the president mccarthy and i, want to give as much time to the public to opine. So with that being said, we only have a limited time. So what im going to ask first is that there is going to be times after each section that staff can pause and allow for commissioner questions. Secondly, it runs contrary to the whole idea, the whole policy behind why this process underwent modification, meaning the fee schedule in the fee calculation. That is so smaller projects and smaller units could actually pay the fee as opposed to only choosing to build units. Building those units isnt into resolving the affordable crowd housing crisis. So it might be a little smaller, but what i have had with the manufacturers drawing for our exact window frame, but again, as stated, the existing Building Code for replacement windows states if it is the largest possible manufacturers window in the raw opening that you have , then you are exempt from egress. That is what it clearly states. So even if we lose an inch or two, we are still within it seems like youre trying your best to find windows that fit the openings as best as you can. Yeah.
