The 2023 budget passed in the German parliament on Friday is a declaration of war on working people, at the centre of which is a massive increase in military spending and extreme cuts in the areas of health, education, and social welfare.
The new territorial command has two main tasks: to conduct and coordinate all Bundeswehr operations within Germany, and serve to mobilize troops for war operations, most immediately for the NATO offensive against Russia.
