Lois Robinson left the Spring Hill post office in Mobile Monday more frustrated than when she entered after learning a package she sent last week to Bay Minette – about 40 miles away - remained “in-transit.”
Robinson said she paid $12 in express shipping to ensure it would be delivered to family before Christmas.
“It will get there when it gets there, but what’s the use of paying the express shipping if it’s not there before Christmas?” said Robinson.
