The Cathaoirleach of Greystones Municipal District Councillor Stephen Stokes is to contest the 2024 Local Elections, on Friday, June 7, as an Independent candidate and has pledged to protect biodiversity, improve infrastructure and push for more schools.
Road safety issues are being addressed in Greystones with €140,000 earmarked for plans to upgrade roundabouts and pedestrian crossings in areas including Delgany Wood.
