Dana Point Harbor has reached dry land.Construction work kicked off last week for the commercial core of the nearly 50-year-old, county-owned harbor, marking the most visible sign of progress for one of South Orange County’s most notable real estate development projects in years, one whose cost has been estimated at over $300 million.
