Were hoping to do at Mission School sestill in the planning stages but hopefully by this summer we will have internships and Credit Recovery. We found in the past students in this program didnt have the time to be in a job or internship so were working with employers, sf made and linkedin and other Tech Companies to have internships just for them so they can go to that and in the morning go to the Credit Recovery and...

Students so we have orientation for the Business Partners and the students. We have ongoing workshops. We have packets, everything you can think of and how to ask for more or less work so i think we have those students. Now the other students that i am talking about and were excited to expand out for the project labor internship they have the same services in the summer, but they dont have the follow through during the school year, so its episodic for the pla kids that come out of the different ...

General positive feedback and then things to improve . Yeah so those were some of the things to improve. Right. Overall we definitely get a lot of feedback thanks for helping me get a job and starting my career. They like the youth resource fair as an opportunity to build skills and they find a job and a nonprofit and in 2012 we didnt have door ways and not easy on the ground point to get help and since then we have a place for them to go we get good feedback. Right. And how is that related to the persistence i mean how Many Employers what kind of evaluations do we have from the employers . Are they offering more summer jobs . I dont have hard data on it but we have more private sector than we can fill and when talking about entry level and there is a lot now and its a buyers market in the economy and we often dont have enough work ready and past muster with the employers and thats what door ways is screening the people and i dont have a number for it...
