Its a classic story it had accessibility problems and the only way to deal with them was really to go in structurally change some things, so this list as simple as it is would have helped dra dramatically and it was before i was Building Official and i heard the nightmares and this will assist the developers and the clients it will also assist those behind the counter, the regulators and i talked to my inspectors and they are graciously thankful, and they do use the list now.
