Planting American flags on the graves of more than 2,000 veterans buried at Butler County Memorial Park & Mausoleum normally takes two eight-hour days, but with the help of 22 Junior ROTC students.
In just a few weeks, the landscape of Butler County Memorial Park will be colored with the red, white and blue of more than 2,000 American flags.
