We lost the squalls, and now we have a widespread area of light and occasionally moderate or heavymoderate snow across the area. Around the 275 loop, most of the snow is on the light side. Back up towards butler and snow has been steadier and heavier. We could have more in the way of travel areas in these areas, particularly weak as temperatures have fallen into the 20 s. Taken to the hospital to she stated the scene. There is no word on any charges in this at this point. Cincinnati police said the stretch of i71 southbound could be reopened by 7 00 a. M. Which would be good news for people heading into the city. Kyla really good news that they are hearing that they will hopefully open it by 7 00. That will help us out on the roads. A fatal accident there on 71 southbound, completely shutting down all those lanes near dana. As you can see with dan, tow trucks on the scene working to clear that quickly. Take a look on our map. You can see some flurries and light snow showers, oxbow, down toward hamilton, middletown, all with lows and flurries. Light, not a big deal. Flurries flying toward forest and cvg. Coming off a like michigan, it those showers shift direction and take those out of the forecast today. Starting out close to freezing at the moment.
