Like federal officials just dont do enough. the army corp of engineers are not doing enough to block the river, build levies and prevent these homes from getting flooded. instead of federal relief, they would rather the government begin a buyout program and just buy out these homes so they dont have to continue to do this. a lot of people would love to move out of the area, but they cant because who will want to move and buy a home especially in this housing market in an area that gets flooded s...
