Cleveland's Edison and The Fourty-One apartments are in new ownership groups.
Ownership changes have occurred at both The Edison at Gordon Square and The Fourty-One apartments. My Place Group, led by Chad Kertesz, plans to convert The Fourty-One from a short-term rental operation to traditional tenancy.
