CALDWELL The passing of Judge Lucien Edsel Young III has left a hole in the Noble County Court and the hearts of the family, friends and co-workers of the long-time public servant.
Young passed away on Feb. 25 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville following a brief illness during which he continued to serve the citizens of Noble County on a part-time basis. We have never been through anything like this here, and it has been really rough, said Noble County Court Clerk Michelle Curry. We never expected this to happen right now.
