When Cabell County voters go to the polls for the May 14 primary election, I hope they will register a resounding “No!” to the ill-conceived school excess levy the Cabell County Board of Education has placed on the ballot.
The Cabell County school levy has overshadowed other matters voters must decide on May 14. The school levy is one of three such questions on the ballot in Cabell County. Two other levies are up for renewal, and both levies deserve public support.
