Union minister Smriti Irani (File photo) NEW DELHI: New inductees in the Union Cabinet like Bhupender Yadav, Sarbananda Sonowal, Jyotiraditya Scindia, Ashwini Vaishnaw and Narayan Rane have got a leg-up as they have been included in important cabinet committees, which have been reconstituted ahead of the monsoon session of Parliament beginning July 19. Union ministers Virendra Kumar, Kiren Rijiju, Anurag Thakur will be new members of Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs, headed by defence minister Rajnath Singh. Smriti Irani, Bhupender Yadav and Sonowal have been included in the Cabinet Committee on Political Affairs headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
