Logan City police dispatch confirmed the road will be temporarily closed while officials respond to the crash. LOGAN CANYON — One person is dead after a crash in Logan Canyon Saturday evening. Utah Highway Patrol Cpl. Michael Gordon said a Dodge pickup truck with two occupants was traveling westbound when the driver went off the road. The truck rolled onto its top in the Logan River, trapping the driver inside.
