Differently that can actually strengthen our ability to our people that are closer to San Francisco or in San Francisco . Thank you for the question and i do always feel its value added to have someone that lives the bay area, maybe not the city. I know when we do rl drills and recall drills and do them annually and we have robust procedures and not have everybody come back at one time but respond in a manageable way if you will, so a couple things. You know its interesting we just had a situation in a homicide case where jurors actually raised their...

And juries from all white jury pools in florida convicted blacks more often than whites and this is a huge issue in San Francisco and from the jury pools we see now were lucky to see a few africanamericans in a panel of 80, 90 jurors so it shows there is a direct correlation between the race of the jurors and the race of the defendant and its interesting they found this this gap was nearly eliminated when there was at least one member of the jury pool who was africanamerican. So how do we addres...

San francisco and tetd the judge was i believe kevin ryan and we did different iterations of serious fire over time and went to a zone strategy in 2005 under chief heather fong with the deputy chief and john murphy and that was the low year matched last year in San Francisco where we had 45 homicides.
