The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service or FSIS has warned against certain ready-to-eat or RTE salads and wraps with meat and poultry due to concerns that may contain contaminated lettuce.

FSIS issued a public health alert on the contaminated products.

There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

Officials are warning the lettuce used in select ready-to-eat salads and wraps may be compromised.

If you purchased these products recently or have them in your fridge, throw them out immediately!

Fresh Seasons Salads and Wraps are being recalled because the lettuce in them may be contaminated with deer feces.

The recall affects ready-to-eat salads and wraps in two states.
