And yet, it gives me solace when I recall a special dinner from over the holidays. Throughout the pandemic, Didi has been pining for the House of Prime Rib. He even wrote an ode to it in class: Are you thinking about your favorite food? Do you think it’s time for a new favorite food? Do you like meat? Do you like salty or sweet? Do you like gravy? If yes, then prime rib is for you!
