A weak front is draped across parts of Oklahoma and is heading this way. It should settle in the region tomorrow, providing a focus for what should be a few storms
Saturday will be just as hot and humid, with highs in the mid-90s. We should see at least a few more clouds enter the picture on Sunday with highs in the low-90s.
There could be a few lingering showers and storms on the southwest fringe of our area this evening but that would be about all. Tomorrow may bring a couple storms here and there.
There may be another storm or two that will try to form this evening but those shouldn't last long. The odds of a storm happening right where you are would be rather low.
Heading into the afternoon, there may be a stray storm here and there but the extent of the rain shouldn't be too much. Expect mugginess this afternoon once again with highs in the mid-80s.
There may be a storm that could briefly become severe again before the evening is over, but generally into tonight it looks like we'll only be dealing with plain thunderstorms.
While the tornado risk will be isolated with these, the greater threat with any storms will be large hail (up to tennis balls) and winds of 65 to 70 mph.
