Barrett was vice president of frozen sales at California-based Lee Fish for over six years before joining Del Pacifico.
Prior to that, she worked as import/export sales executive for State Fish and marketing executive at Sysco Foodservice of Ventura, California.
From 2006 to 2010 Barrett held the role of international trade manager/director at Transmex Enterprise in San Diego.
