A Murray man facing charges including homicide, burglary, evidence tampering and animal cruelty pleaded not guilty Monday morning in Calloway County District Court.
51-year-old Shannon Scott is accused of murdering two women found Thursday night in a residence on Catalina Drive in Murray. He also allegedly killed and hid a dog.
Murray Police officers found one woman in a garage and found the second woman in a next door residence.
WSPD reports the victims were Scott’s girlfriend, 37-year-old Tera Todd, and the girlfriend s elderly aunt, 77-year old Evelyn Scott. Todd reportedly took care of Evelyn Scott, and they lived in the same residence on Catalina Drive.
