Cambria County Homicide
2ND UPDATE:
According to Cambria County District Attorney Greg Neugebauer, a 67-year-old man has been charged with homicide in the fatal shooting of his 21-year-old grandson at a Cambria Township home.
Neugebauer says John Oblinsky, of Summerhill, faces charges of criminal homicide and aggravated assault following a domestic-related shooting Friday evening.
The district attorney’s office says police were called to the home, along Fairlane Road, for a reported shots fired incident.
Investigators say police found 21-year-old Jacob Fisher unresponsive at the residence, and the coroner later pronounced him dead at the scene.
“There is never a reason that domestic disputes should turn physical or involve firearms,” Neugebauer said.
