Tice White was born on January 22, 1978, in Camden, Arkansas to Robert and Ora White. He was raised in Camden, Arkansas, and attended Camden Fairview Public Schools. While attending Camden Fairview High School he also attended SAU-Tech as one of the first students enrolled in the concurrent enrollment program. He graduated from Camden Fairview High School in 1996. After graduating high school, White attended the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville where he majored in political science with a minor in education. While attending the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville he worked for the Student Affairs division as a Resident Assistant for two years at the largest residence hall on the University campus. In 2001, he graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a Bachelor s Degree in Political Science from the Fulbright College of Arts & Science. In 2004, he also received a Master s Degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville
Last year, the city of Camden hosted its first Memorial Day Parade to provide patriotic entertainment and to pay homage to the men and women who lost their lives in military service. Immediately after the conclusion of the first parade, Ed and Debi Winters were more than excited to prepare for the events of this year s Memorial Day Weekend. They took everything that made the parade last year significant and turned it up another level.
