The Powerpuff Girls has announced its leads: Chloe Bennet (
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), Dove Cameron (
Descendants) and Yana Perrault (
The Powerpuff Girls are set to return in live-action form for The CW s upcoming pilot, and the three leads (via Deadline) have now been announced.
Chloe Bennet (
Descendants) and Yana Perrault (
Jagged Little Pill) are set to play Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup (respectively), but obviously not as children.
If the official synopsis is any indication, this show will actually serve as more of a sequel to the original Cartoon Network animated series from creator Craig McCracken.
