Beckham Cardona, now-19-years-old, is suing the county over the incident. He said he never reported it because his probation officer told him if he did, he'd be moved to an adult prison.

A lawsuit claims several L.A. County probation officers used excessive force against a teen and failed to share video of the confrontation.
