And then i think you are right. theres a lot of jokes and e-mails circulated back and forth in the workplace. but you hit on an important point, this involves judges and prosecutors that, obviously, need to be held to a higher standard. and then theres the question of what that means when defendants have cases before the courts in this state. overall, i think the courts in pennsylvania do a good job. the vast majority of the prosecutors are first rate. this is the first kind of scandal like this...
