Whats interesting about this race this morning leslie peterson who lost by about 700, she called -- im sorry, not leslie peterson. rita meyer called, she was the republican tea party candidate there. she called republican matthew mead and conceded. 700 voters separated them in this race. theres concern under wyoming law, they could have a runoff election. and go back and do a recount but she already called and conceded but under the law, fewer than 1%, youre allowed to call and say we need a rec...
